Excellent carpet care, especially in comparison to the other carpet cleaners. After A-1, my carpet was very clean and smelled wonderfully. Last time I had Stanley Steamer "clean" my carpet, which resulted in having to get my carpet stretched. Stanley Steamer also shorted out my phone jack and broke a picture and never offered to make reparation. I was happy that Steve called to let me know he was on his way.

I wouldn't have anyone else come clean our carpets. I will never call Stanley Steamer again as they robbed me blind out of $300 one time on a deal I thought I was getting. Not only that, but the stains on my white carpet kept coming back until Steve came and did them once at a reasonable price I could afford with no catches or hidden clauses. I was so upset with Stanley I wanted to just get new carpets, but couldn't afford to do that. Steve got all the stains out of my apartment and gave me some pointers on how to get my walls real clean. It worked!!!!! And I got my deposit back when I left. And the carpets are dry within an hour and thats good with kids around. I would recommend Steve to anyone who has pets, or just anyone. He does honest work and he cares about his customers and is reliable. I never thought there was hope for my apartment until we met Steve. Thanks- I also love the clean fresh smell.
